When tracking has not updated

A carrier may need some time to scan a newly dispatched parcel. If your tracking link does not show information immediately, please check again later. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed by weekends, public holidays, customs processing or local delivery conditions.

Production and delivery

Each Colin Martin pair is made after the order is confirmed. Production time varies according to the design, materials and current workshop schedule. Our team will provide an estimated completion time for your order.

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the destination, shipping service, customs and local carrier. An estimated delivery date shown by the carrier is not a guaranteed arrival date.

If an order contains more than one product, it may be sent in separate parcels. When this happens, each available tracking number will be provided separately.
