Where are Colin Martin shoes made?
Our shoes are made in our own Hanoi workshop by a team of ten skilled craftspeople. Key stages completed by hand include cutting and skiving leather, shaping lasts, Goodyear welting, stitching and forming the soles, and applying patina colour.
Are your shoes made to order?
Yes. Each pair is made after an order is confirmed. On the product page, you can choose the available colour, size and construction before adding the shoes to your cart.
Can I request a design that is not shown on the website?
The website presents the styles and options currently available to order. If you have a special request, please contact us before purchasing so our team can confirm whether it is possible.
How long will my shoes take to make?
Production time depends on the design, materials and current workload in our workshop. Our team will provide an estimated completion time after reviewing your order.
Sizing and comfort
How should I choose my size?
Choose your usual US men's shoe size. Our Size Guide also shows EU and UK equivalents together with foot length in centimetres and inches.
Do I have to measure my feet before ordering?
No. Foot measurements are optional and are provided only as a reference. You can order using the size you normally wear. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size or contact us for advice.
What makes Colin Martin shoes comfortable?
We refine and reduce reinforcement in selected areas to create greater softness and flexibility around the toe and heel while maintaining a clean shape. We also select supple, breathable leather for the lining and footbed.
Colour and appearance
Will the colour look exactly the same as the photographs?
Leather is a natural material, and many Colin Martin finishes are applied by hand. Small differences in tone, grain and patina are normal and give each pair its individual character. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear.

Yes. Colin Martin delivers throughout Vietnam and worldwide. International customers can contact us for sizing guidance and delivery information before ordering.
How can I check an existing order?
Please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be sent to the contact details provided with the order.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order. Because our shoes are made to order, eligibility may depend on the circumstances and condition of the product.

How should I care for my leather shoes?
Allow shoes to rest between wears, use shoe trees to help preserve their shape, remove dust with a soft brush and apply a suitable leather conditioner sparingly. Keep leather shoes away from prolonged moisture and direct heat.
