Built with a stronger presence and greater coverage than a low shoe, Colin Martin boots bring classic leather craftsmanship into cooler weather, travel and everyday wardrobes. Each pair is made to order in our Hanoi workshop, with designs ranging from clean dress boots and Chelsea-inspired silhouettes to brogued, rugged and hand-patina styles.

Handmade leather boots from Hanoi

Our boots are shaped, stitched and finished by skilled craftspeople. Leather cutting and skiving, last shaping, sole forming and patina finishing are carried out with close attention to proportion, because a boot should feel substantial without appearing heavy or awkward.

Selected models offer Goodyear-welted construction, creating a defined structure suited to footwear designed for repeated wear and long-term care.

Comfort within a structured silhouette

Reinforcement is refined in selected areas so that the toe and heel can become more flexible while the upper maintains its intended line. Soft, breathable leather is selected for the lining and footbed, helping reduce unnecessary stiffness through longer periods of wear.

Choosing the right boots

Sleek black or dark brown boots work well with tailored trousers and formal outerwear. Medium brown, burgundy and brogued styles suit denim, flannel and more relaxed tailoring. Hand-applied patina creates a more individual finish, with natural variations in tone.
